The nominal capacity of the complex is three hundred thousand tons per year; And this is while Kermanshah Polymer Company in the year ninety-four records of heavy polyethylene production in the country. The final product of the complex is heavy polyethylene, which is produced with a nominal capacity of three hundred thousand tons per year. Heavy polyethylene is used in the industries of piping, cable coatings, plastic parts, bottles, home appliances, industrial parts and fuel tanks. The main product of Kermanshah Polymer Company is produced in different grades, each grade is suitable for specific purposes. The difference between grades in additives or the process conditions of their production, the type of grade of products is produced based on the program and market demand.
The main products of the complex (types of heavy polyethylene grades) are packed in plastic bags of 25 kg and stored in pallets weighing 1,500 kg in a covered warehouse of products with an area of ​​20,000 square meters. By-products are also stored and sold at the designated location. All packages indicate the time, packing date, packing shift, grade type and grade quality.
The main feed of the ethylene gas complex is produced in Assaluyeh region (Kavian Petrochemical) and the amount of three hundred and five thousand tons of ethylene per year is sent to the Kermanshah Polymer Complex through the West Ethylene Pipeline with a length of more than one thousand kilometers.
