More Information: Iran roads and mines industry was established in 1978.Initially it started by name of TECKNORINKAR by producing the asphalt plants in capacity of 20-40 tons per hour.with obtaining experience and using the extensive engineering personnel and technology upgrades, the first automatic asphalt plant with capacity of 100 tons per hour in Iran was produced and launched in this company.Production of more than 400 automatic asphalt plants in capacity of 60-160 tons per hour with high quality at the level of the European standards (through co-operation and technology transfer from COMACO in Germany) that are working around the country and manufacturing and installation of more than 200 sets of aggregate grades and transport system of building materials show the superior ability of this company.Mass production of asphalt plants in capacity of 80 and 120 tons per hour for ministry of transportation and ministry of construction show the quality and competitiveness with similar production of this company with foreign.For the first time in Iran this company started to design and produce a mobile asphalt plant that in this production the latest advanced technologies are used. And in order to environmental issues a bag filter is prepared.Also, in order to use of polymeric materials in asphalt, for the first time this company started to design and produce a polymer additives mixer. After Kuwait’s order, Iran roads and mines industry started to design and produce a recycling system that unfortunately has not been received in the country.this company is the first manufacturer of bag filters that in addition to raising the quality of asphalt plants, are very effective in protecting the environment and preventing environmental wastes.For maintenance the existing roads, for the first time this company designed an asphalt repair machine (fuller) and placed it in the production line.Design of all of the plants was by the Iranian engineers and production of them was by Iranian workers and in this way, we used the experience of some companies such as COMACO and BEHINGER from Germany.All products are guaranteed for 1 year from the time of commissioning and service units of the company are always ready to provide services.Also, the company in design and production of bitumen spreaders for rural and urban roads is experienced. These machines are in two models of 6000 kg for suburb roads with the ability of installation on trucks and 2000 kg that is for intown roads and is used by trailers.In 2011 and 2013 this company participated in design of two dams: by name of Zhaveh in Sanandag and Chamshir in Yasouj (design and construction of transport system of Rcc concrete form production site to consumption place).
