More Information: This workshop has been operating in the field of painting industrial parts since 1988 under the management of Amir Heidari. At present, this workshop is equipped with 3 conveyor lines and tunnel kilns with a length of 24 meters. Our kilns are made by this company and we use all our work experience.
We have used these ovens to make heat, which is very good in terms of heating and cooking. All furnaces are controlled by PLC and have a suitable graph. The piece passes through the tunnel for about 10 to 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius and is packed after leaving the tunnel.
Services :
- Liquid painting: In this method, parts are painted with industrial liquid paints. Basically, liquid paints are currently used in certain works. Lamp bowl varnish, whiteboard paints, paints for humid areas are among these items.
- Electrostatic powder painting: In the electrostatic dyeing method, the parts are painted by charging, so that the paint has a positive charge and the piece has a negative charge, and with this method, the paint sticks to the piece and after painting, it enters. The oven is painted and the piece is baked at about 200 degrees Celsius for 10 to 20 minutes.
