Incubation: One of the oldest units of the company is the incubator unit, which is located in the city of Aq Qala. Its first production was made in 1981 from eggs imported from the Netherlands.
- Breeding hens: The hen breeding unit started its activities in 1983 with a capacity of 16,000 pieces. At present, it consists of 10 separate farms in Gorgan, Bandar-e-Gaz, Aq Qala and Kordkoy counties. These units have the capacity to raise 470,100 productive chickens in each period, which produces over 60 million fertilized eggs per year.
Slaughterhouse: This unit was established in 2001 and was rebuilt in 2011 according to the latest European slaughterhouse plans.
- Broiler breeding: This complex has 26 mechanized equipped halls and hatches chickens in regular 73-day cycles with careful planning. At present, the total capacity of broiler breeding units is equivalent to 8.1 million pieces per period.
- Donation: This factory is one of the most equipped poultry feed production factories in the country, using modern equipment and modern Dutch with RTB and BOA COMPACTOR machines and other complementary machines.
