More Information: Tabriz "Nela" Hydrophilic Cotton and Bond and Gas Factory was established in 1975, and in 1981, the Bond and Gas Production Line was put into operation. The country succeeded in producing X-Ray for the first time in the Middle East. The production of "Aisan" wipes has started in the factory since 1999 and the production of Nella laboratory (repair and beauty creams) started in 2001, which was experimental and quarantined until 2004 and reached mass production in 2005. "Katia" Laboratory has been operating since 1392 and Katia brand with 38 different products is currently forming Katia Detergent Basket, and other items will be added to this basket soon. Tabriz Hydrophilic Cotton, Band and Gas Factory has obtained over 90 manufacturing licenses for its products, which is a record in East Azerbaijan Province. Most factory products have a security label (hologram). The total production capacity of this factory in all products is 6000 tons per year in two shifts. In recent years, this factory has succeeded in obtaining a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2000 standard model and has implemented its requirements at all organizational levels and is constantly committed to continuous improvement. Also, the laboratory equipment of this factory is calibrated at specific times. This unit is currently obtaining CE mark certification. Production and packaging of all products of this factory is done with fully automatic foreign machines and with the best raw materials and yarns available in the market. Machines for the production of gas, sterile and bonded gas, made in Austria and Switzerland, production of hydrophilic cotton made in Germany and fully automatic packaging machines, made in Switzerland.
