More Information: Relying on 20 years experience of its engineering Team in manufacturing a variety of specialized components of rubber, in 2002 , BSA started Producing silicone insulators in conformity with IEC 61109 standards.
Today, after successful production of this product for nearly 10 years and by considering the different climates of Iran – as a country of which our silicone insulators are installed throughout- it can be said with confidence that the high quality of our silicone insulators has been proven to be factual in the harshest environments:
Khuzestan, Hormozgan & Boushehr, as the southern provinces of Iran, have a weather which Is very hot (up to 60° centigrade at times) and humid ( to 100 percent) along with coastal salty Fog ,dust ,and sometimes chemical pollution of oil fields.
Yazd , Isfahan and Qum, as the central provinces of Iran, with characteristics of desert land, have cold winter and hot summers with sandy winds which causes sand blasting of the surface of the insulator¢s polymer. Extraordinary humid weather of Mazandaran and Gilan (in south of Caspian sea) increases the risk of seaweed growth on the polymers.
Northwest provinces of Iran such as Ardebil & Azarbaijan have freezing winters in which the coldness of mountainous areas can reach -45° centigrade. BSA silicone insulators have proven their efficiency over all these environments! In Cuba, also , the mechanical strength of BSA Insulators has been examined under the well-known tornados of that country since 2008
