Simultaneously with the developments in the shoe industry, Rafik Ghazarians, with the establishment of the first mechanized production factory in Iran, was able to create a huge change in the women's shoe industry by producing various types of heels and soles for women. Before that, shoemakers used wooden heels. But after the production of plastic heels due to better quality and cheaper price compared to wooden heels, it was very popular.
Rafik Heel Factory was opened in 1347 with the aim of producing plastic heels for the first time in the country under the management of Rafik Ghazarians.
