ISPCo (Private Joint Stock) was founded in 1982 as an automotive spare parts production department. Head office is based in Tehran and main production site is located in Hashtgerd Industrial Complex (3rd Ave in Phase 1) .
2 - Main fields of operation :
ISPCo has defined its main fields of operations as design and production of spare parts for machinery and auto industry and has manufactured auto spare parts from first year of its foundation. ISPCo has supplied parts to Mazda Yadak (since1984), Iran Khodro (since1986) and more recently SazehGostar and SAPCo (since 2001). At the moment between 70 to 100 different parts are supplied by ISPCo for Peugout 405, Peugout Pars, Samand, Peugout 206, RUNNA and Peykan Pick-up
3 - Mainly used material :
Majority of material used in ISPCo’s products are greased and acid washed metal sheets, seamed and seamless tubes, natural rubber (SMR 20), Chemosil glue, several types and sizes of bolts and also other rubber production material .
4 - Future goals & plans :
ISPCo’s main goals are localizing automotive parts in order to reduce the dependence of the industry on foreign currency and also maintaining production quality and cost in a competitive level. To do so ISPCo has challenged itself to achieve both local and international accreditations, certifications and recognitions such as 1994/ISO9002 TUVCERT, OCT 2000 2- 2002/ISO TS16949 BVQI, JAN 2003 3- 2002/ISO TS16949 BVQI, FEB 2004 4- 2002/ISO TS16949 BVQI2007 JULY 5- SAPCO Safe Production Certification 2006 JAN 6- SazehGostar Safe Production Certification 1387 7- 2009/ISO TS16949 MIC 2011MARCH 8, SAPCo B grade 2009 .
ISPCo has also had and still has cooperation with companies from Germany, France, South Korea, Australia, Malaysia and Turkey in Technology, design, production and testing. Since there is no limit to quality, one of ISPCo’s major goals is constant increase in quality of its products which will be achievable with modern technology and more accurate testing equipment .
