More Information: The Monshizadeh-Azar Industrial Group was established over seventy years ago, with the goal of meeting the needs of a then modernizing and thirsty Iranian consumer market. It was in 1979 that entity branched out into manufacturing and launched Iran Ghouti.
Iran Ghouti was established as a company in 1979 in Qhazvin’s Industrial Town. A prime advantage that Iran Ghouti benefits from is Qhazin’s location .Situated next to primary motorways that connect the country, enabling the Company with reliable and low cost transportation options.
A major accomplishment of the company was to obtain wide spread national approval for their use of modern equipment in their lacquer and printing arm. As a result, the factory quickly gained recognition amongst dried milk and tomato paste producers, who are historically acutely concerned with lacquer and printing standards.
Today, Iran Ghouti has an uncompromising presence in the domestic market, renowned in equal measures for production capacity, which is upwards of eight hundred million cans per year and for the outstanding quality of their end product.
Iran Ghouti has over nineteen production lines and it is incremental to the factory’s success that every element of the process from printing to lid -ends, is carefully maintained by their team of highly qualified staff and management team. Every step of the way, from purchasing raw materials to the logistics planning, is inspected and monitored by Iran Ghouti management and reviewed on a weekly basis. To assure customers that they are keeping up with the upmost international standards for quality control, Iran Ghouti worked to obtain the ISO 9001 and 2008 HACCP standards and is taking steps to obtain the ISO 22000:2005.
Iran Ghouti obtained the national standard patent for metal packaging through the national standards organisation of the health and food department. Further, Iran Ghouti is unique in having obtained licenses that confirm quality control from the German LUX control, as well as obtaining the ISO.IEC standard. To have obtained these licenses, Iran Ghouti was put through significant testing, including their testing and calibration labs, to ensure that they meet the faultless quality control system techniques that are necessary to deliver reliable results.
