Takvin`s tooling shop is equipped with turning, milling, grinding, polishing, wire cut erosion and spark erosion machines supported by CNC devices. Our tooling team is capable of making dies needed for the most complicated parts.
The range of our products are fasteners from size M5 to M24 and can be according to any standard, including NES, KES, JIS, Chrysler, PSA, Renault, BS, ASME, ASTM, ISO, DIN and SAE.
Our factory is equipped with high-quality forming, thread-rolling, tapping, pointing, heat treatment, zink flake coating and sorting lines. Our zink flake coating line is designed in a way that gives our products effective resistance to corrosion.
Takvin laboratory is ISO/IEC 17025 certified. This lab is one of the most equipped and accurate laboratories in performing tests on fasteners. This lab is equipped with tensile tester, hardness tester, ULM, CMM, VMS, roughness tester, salt spray device and metallographic equipment to ensure the quality of products & materials.
