- Steel Cylinders : Cylinders with and without shaft are produced according to technical plans of the rotogravure printing machines (which are offered by their producers) by the use of slit less steel pipes. They are delivered after the necessary tests which are done by the quality control unit.
The mentioned traits, makes it possible to use the cylinders in the high speed print, and it is possible to change its, size in later prints.
- Engraved Cylinders : In this stage the steel cylinders with the high quality and material are coated by copper and after the necessary quality tests, they are polished by the electromechanical engraving machines.
The engraved cylinders, for the large numbers of printing, again are coated by chromium; finally they are packed after the last sample print and the final approval by quality control unit.
- Flexo Plates : More than one decade of experience and using modern European facilities has provided us to give service to all flexo printing units and to carton making factories equipped with 4colors printing machines.
In this unit laser and analogue plates with gauge of 1.14 to 6.35 mm are produced and also 2.84 to 5.5 and 6.35 mm plates for printing on carton are made.
