More Information: The company started its activity under the name of Engineering Co. of Tehran Metal Enamel Services (Khadamat Loab Feleze Tehran), utilizing skilled experts on 1995. During 90s, the activities were mostly focused on mobilizing & developing enameling systems & supplying the materials in home appliances in Iran.
Regarding the achievements gained on this ground & in order to move forward successfully, producing ground coating enamel was considered on the company’s agenda & consequently, the facilities were provided to reach self-sufficiency in producing such products.
The growing demand in the country’s industry together with having access to natural resources paved the road to produce other kinds of this product.
Enameling Services:
- In home supplies and gas applied industries, enameling all metal (sheets) and cast iron pieces like cast iron net with matt enamel and applying state of the art knowledge are made. We also carry out best services like enameling various supplies such as white, Glossy glaze and anti acid enamels to be used for the pieces of stove and self- cleaning and easy to clean enamel for the ovens. The company applies full automatic system of powder static sprinkle and this can be offered as a tailor-made service.
- One of the other related services in this section, is enameling plants (on their Jongstrome baskest) and in petrochemical industries and refinery, on pipes, elbow and tee by applying super acid resist enamel with years of experience. The mentioned enamel is produced by the Turkish company called Keskin Kimia which is approved by most plants & petrochemical industries. It also has a written approval obtained from various laboratories like Razi Metallurgy.
