More Information: Sadr Tamin Investment Company was founded in 1999 by the Social Security Investment Company (SSIC) of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Shasta) with a registered capital of one billion Rials (IRR) — equivalent to $115,874. Sadr Tamin was initially established as a joint stock investment company in the ‘tile and ceramic’ industries.
In 2008, the SSIC administration decided that the Sadr Tamin Investment company’s (STIC) activities must expand into both the metal and non-metallic minerals industries as well.
