More Information: Arian Aluminum Factory started its operation in February , 1995, in Robatkarim, with an initial cost estimate aimed at 800 tonnes of annual aluminum production capacity and a possibility to increase it to 2000 tonnes.
Continuous investment in research has brought about increasing improvement of the factory’s product quality.

Using two 2500- and 1500-tonne extrusion presses, the factory is capable of extruding billets of various groups of aluminum alloys with a [cross-section] diameter of 4 and 7 inches.
Fulfilling the country’s wide range of industrial needs for aluminum profiles, Arian Aluminum is capable of producing specialized industrial profiles as large as 36 m in length and 20 cm in diameter for industries such as construction, door and window, refrigerator manufacturing, bicycle manufacturing, etc.
This factory is equipped with a 7-meter long aging furnace to further improve the strength and hardness of the extrusion profiles. After moving out of the furnace, the hardness of the profiles is measured using a Vister device ( The hardness range of 10 to 12 is approved as qualified in Arian Aluminum Company )
Also , the anodizing unit , electrostatic painting system , automatic, cutting and roll-and-pitch tables, mold manufacturing unit, all as complementary units have allowed section extrusion of different types of aluminum alloys in minimum time, using the reverse engineering method (obtaining a sample profile or its technical drawing and changing it to a product).
