has been established in 2005 and has created jobs for more than 1000 people. Employees at Arshia are all ex-offenders: inmates saved from death row, ex-prisoners, underage boys and girls discharged from correctional center or single parent moms who shoulder family burden.

Kasra’s court of appeal overturned his death penalty retribution and god gave him the blessing of life one more time. Masoud kept trying to quit addiction, however since he was unemployed he was a wandering homeless and he was even about to commit suicide when he accidentally met Mr.Alireza Nabi and this turned his life around. Now he is in Kholghabad rehab, sharing his experience with 1800 young trainees. Zahra was convicted to murder but after two years prison sentence, she was exonerated and has started over. Jalil has managed to get back to sport after he quitting addiction, now he is a medal winner champion and karate referee. Any of these workers who now have a life with dignity, their book of lives are the kinds which you can’t put down.
