More Information: Mining activity in this region goes back a long way by observing a series of intense effects and smelting furnaces, but the main activity of the mine practically started in 1336 by the General Mining Company of Iran and after preliminary, semi-detailed and detailed exploration in 1990. The construction of the factory was concluded with BHP Elia Esther Company and in June 1993, this complex started gold extraction and extraction activities.
The known deposits of Moteh region amount to 9 anomalies with an area of ​​150 square kilometers and include:
Chah Khatoon, Sanjdeh, Qaram Gharam, Cheshmeh Gohar, Seh Kalp, Tangeh Zar, Darreh Ashki, Chah Allameh and Chah Bagh. One thousand tons of mineral with a grade of 2 grams per ton will be exploited. Moteh Gold Complex, while producing about 200 kg of ingots in previous years, set a record in 2009 according to which 341 kg of gold ingots were produced, which is unprecedented in the last 14 years. To produce this amount of product, 226 thousand tons of mineral with an average grade of about 2 grams per ton was used.
